Our Retreat locations are chosen to enhance your sense of escape and the day is carefully planned to leave you inspired and relaxed.

Our Day Retreat combines around 3-4 hours of wellbeing sessions with breaks in-between; lunch and afternoon tea is included and we close our day with a glass of wine.

The Reformer

Pilates Reformer, Pilates Mat and Hypopressives Exercises private sessions take place at my Studio.

The Pilates Reformer is probably the most popular piece of Pilates equipment; it has a frame and a moving platform which works with spring resistance. 
 
Invented by Pilates founder, Joseph Pilates, one of the best things about the Reformer is its versatility and accessibility. 

The Reformer can be geared to clients across the spectrum; from those who are very fit through to clients who need to under-go rehabilitation.

Using the Reformer feels like detailed fine-tuning of your Pilates technique and definitely heightens the connection between your mind and body and enables great feedback about how your body is performing both to the client and the instructor.

The Reformer is well known for its strengthening but lengthening effect and one of the reasons why it is so popular is that we are able to create strength fairly quickly, without creating bulky muscles.

There are many, many Reformer exercises, including those for first-time beginners through to exercises that challenge the most advanced practitioners; exercises are done lying down, sitting, standing and side lying and are usually combined with Mat work too.

We would recommend at least one block of six weekly sessions with the Reformer for you to fully feel the benefits.

1-1 session is £70.

2-1, the price is £80 between two, so why not come with a friend or partner.

1 to 1

Private Pilates Matwork sessions take place at my Studio. Clients have 1-1 sessions for some of the following reasons:

 

  • would like to join an existing class but have no experience of Pilates. We suggest a Private 2 hour 1-1 to enable us to teach you the foundations before joining a class – £120
  • you are not able to get to a scheduled class so a 1-1 may work better around your commitments.
  • you have specific needs that you wish to work on that a class situation may not allow; for example, recovering from an injury, training for an event or if you have a condition that requires more detailed 1-1 work.
  • you would just like an hour for “you”. We do 2-1’s for couples and friends.

 

A Private 1-1 hour session is £70

A Private 2-1 hour session is £40 each

Sessions can include Mat Work and the Reformer.

Class Timetable

Booking is essential for all classes. Our classes are scheduled from Monday to Friday throughout the year including the summer holiday period with a few breaks along the way.
