By teaching you a short flow each fortnight, classes will include stronger postures; moving postures, staggered positions and across body postures – with all the movements specifically designed to further strengthen the core, the diaphragm and pelvic floor muscles in different positions, continuing to improve the resting tone of the pelvic floor, deep abdominals and your breathing muscle, the diaphragm. Alongside these incredible benefits, your body as a whole, will also be challenged through the Hypopressives exercises progressions.
The classes will help to motivate and inspire you to keep with your practice.
You need to have completed the Level 1/Beginners Course with me.
When:
Tuesdays at 5PM for 20 minutes – every two weeks – Live and Online and/or via the class recording
The classes will further enhance your hypopressives breathing and the hypopressives exercises that you are already perfecting and benefiting from.

Its £20 monthly (or £5 weekly if you like!)
For this you can join me live online once a fortnight for this varied and short flow class.
You will also receive the recording of this same class. The recording will be available for the next two weeks so that you can practice the flow at home.How to book:
